How We Operate:
Typically, the first member of the ScientIS
team you will meet will be your Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The job of your CRM is to act as
a "Buyer's Agent", representing you. Your CRM is there for you:
to translate all the "techo-babble"; to make sure that you understand everything we suggest and any work
we perform; and most importantly, to make sure you are completely satisfied every step of the way.
If there is something we could be doing better, if there is some service or product
we do not currently offer, or if you have any question or concern, your CRM is there for you.
This is our way of ensuring that each ScientIS
client receives our complete, individualized, attention.
Instead of the traditional sales approach of trying to sell you what our company offers,
your CRM is tasked with determining what your business needs. Your CRM will partner with
one of our Account Engineers during the preliminary interview process. We analyze the needs
specific to your industry, business, and personnel, and evaluate your company's current levels of
technology equipment and expertise. Based on the results of our preliminary discovery process,
our CRM and Engineers will present you with a number of options to meet your needs.
If you elect to have ScientIS perform a
Technology Implementation,
the project begins with a detailed Statement of Work. A personnel brief is submitted for your approval.
Depending on the project, the Project Implementation Team assigned to your company may consist
of one or more Project Managers, technology specialists, and a CRM. One person may fill multiple roles.
The Project Manager assigned to your Technology Implementation Project will provide regular project reviews
throughout the implementation, keeping you informed and in control throughout the entire process.
If you select one of ScientIS's
Proactive Maintenance Plans,
both a primary and backup Systems Engineer (SE) will be assigned to your company.
ScientIS
assigns only SEs who are already qualified with the specific technology products your business uses.
Our SEs are highly trained, and don't learn at your expense. The SE will become thoroughly familiar
with your environment, maximizing efficiency and saving you money. There is an initial "set-up" period,
during which your network and I.T. infrastructure are documented, weaknesses and problems are communicated
and corrected, and operations and systems are optimized. To provide quick response to service calls, secure
remote-control capabilities may be installed on critical systems and components. As an additional
quality-control measure, work performed by the SE is reviewed by one of our Account Engineers,
and your CRM will contact you on a regular basis to assure your complete satisfaction.
